How Much Time Will it take to learn the Stress Solver?

The Stress Solver Program is simple and easy to fit in your busy day.

  • Dedicate time to initially listen to the one-hour audiotape or CD in a day or two.
  • Set aside 5-10 minutes for 6 to 8 weeks to listen to a section of the audiotape or CD each day.
  • Study one lesson each week. It is recommended you review the lesson a second time before going on to the next lesson.
  • Practice the stress-solving techniques you learn from the audiotape or CD and lessons periodically each day for a minute or less during your normal daily routine.
